Iowa Student Loan Customer Privacy Notice
This Customer Privacy Notice describes how Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation ("we," "us" and "our") may collect and disclose personal information about our customers.
How we Collect Information
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms.
- Information about your transactions with us or others.
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
- Information we receive from nonaffiliated third parties, such as your school and any guarantor of your loan.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about current or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. For example, we are permitted to share nonpublic personal information about you with nonaffiliated third parties in the following ways:
- To consumer reporting agencies.
- To companies that provide services for us, such as data processing companies or collection agencies.
- To service or process a financial product or service you request.
- Protecting you or us against potential fraud, identity theft or unauthorized transactions.
- To provide information required or permitted for legal, transactional or regulatory purposes.
- When we are legally required to do so, such as responding to subpoenas or court orders.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf. We may also disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements unless our records show that your primary address is in California or Vermont.
Special Notice for California and Vermont Residents
If our records show that your primary address is in California or Vermont, we will not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other financial institutions with which we have a joint marketing agreement, except as permitted by law.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
