Sign up for auto-debit

When submitting your Auto-Debit Payment Authorization Form, please attach a voided check from your bank, savings bank or credit union checking account.

Then mail (we will not accept fax copies of your Auto-Debit Payment Authorization Form without obtaining an original form) both the form and the voided check to us. If you prefer to pay from your savings account, please obtain the ABA number and your account number directly from your financial institution.

Note: It will take a few weeks to set up your auto-debit. To ensure your payments are made on time, you will need to submit your monthly payments in the standard format until you are notified that your auto-debit has started.
