At CollegeInvest privacy and confidentiality of your personal information is important and we want to ensure your trust in us. CollegeInvest does not disclose, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise provide nonpublic personal information that we have about you or your account(s) to third parties, whether affiliated or unaffiliated with CollegeInvest, except as permitted by law.

CollegeInvest only collects nonpublic personal information provided by you either through the secure online information requests or application, through general and toll-free telephone numbers, through written correspondence or forms, through the application process which may include information from a consumer reporting agency, or through your transactions with us. Examples of nonpublic personal information collected by CollegeInvest include:

• Borrower and co-signer (if applicable), name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, citizenship status and employer
• Account information, such as loan amount requested and borrowed, college(s) attending or attended and enrollment status
• Information about your transactions and business with us

CollegeInvest restricts access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to service your loan(s). We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

Service Providers
CollegeInvest will disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties as is necessary to process and service your student loan(s). In addition, CollegeInvest will disclose nonpublic information to third parties providing services in connection with CollegeInvest’s marketing and market research activities. All third party service providers are governed by confidentiality agreements requiring the third party to keep all personal information provided to them by CollegeInvest confidential except as permitted by law.

Protect Your Information
In compliance with federal law, CollegeInvest is required to report certain details of your account to consumer credit agencies. These organizations have their own policies regarding the use of your personal information.

You can prevent your information from being released by these organizations. The four largest national consumer credit agencies have created an automated phone number and website where you may remove yourself from future lists. To opt-out via phone, dial 1-888-567-8688. • Voluntary information collected by our service providers to conduct market research on our behalf

CollegeInvest restricts access to your nonpublic personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to service your account(s). We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

CollegeInvest will disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties as is necessary to process and service your account(s). In addition CollegeInvest will disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties providing services on CollegeInvest's behalf, such as delivery of information about CollegeInvest products and services through means including, but not limited to, mail, email, and telephone. We also provide names, addresses and telephone numbers to a firm that conducts market research on our behalf.

All third party servicers are governed by confidentiality agreements requiring the third party to keep all personal information provided to them by CollegeInvest confidential except as permitted by law.
