Billing

Understand Your Bill

View a sample bill (PDF) to better understand your bill from Aspire Servicing Center. If you received a bill in the mail, certain sections may be in a different location on the page than shown in the sample.

Your may receive your billing statements from us one of two ways:

U.S. Mail

You will receive monthly bills from us through the U.S. mail. Bills are mailed approximately 20 days before the due date. If your due date is not convenient, you may change your payment due date by calling (800) 243-7552.

Electronic Billing

You may sign up for electronic billing to receive billing reminders via email and eliminate paper bills.

Electronic billing is secure, convenient and free; helps prevent identity theft; and reduces paper waste.

Sign up is done through your online account access:

Step Action
1 Log in to your account.
2 Select:
  1. Payments & Billing
  2. Billing Preferences
  3. Edit Billing Preferences
3 Choose your billing preference.
4 Verify your email. Read and accept the terms and conditions statement.
5 Select Update Bill Preferences.

Electronic Billing Tips

  • Your first loan payment reminder is always sent through the mail for verification. You will not receive an electronic payment reminder for your first bill.
  • Reminders for a final loan payment will be sent via email and the U.S. Postal Service.
  • If a payment is 30 or more days overdue, electronic payment reminders will be suspended and all bills will be sent to you via U.S. mail until your account is brought current.

Other Communications

Aspire Servicing Center will periodically send other communications that are not bills. These mailings are designed to help you understand your account, make interest payments to avoid capitalization and increased loan balances, and become aware of important information.
